Delete your account

For GetFirewood (com.eastsidefirewood.app)

You can request deletion of your GetFirewood account and the personal information we store about you at any time.

Delete directly in the app (fastest)

Open the GetFirewood app, go to the Account tab, and tap Delete account. After you confirm, your account and personal information are deleted immediately. If you have an open order, you'll be asked to complete or cancel it first; vendor accounts are closed by support (see below) because of pending-payout handling.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@eastsidefirewood.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my GetFirewood account."

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, phone, role).
Your saved payment method tokens.
Your delivery addresses and any drop-off photos you uploaded.
Your order history, including any reviews or notes you wrote.
For vendors: your business profile, products, schedule, delivery zones, and billing card token.

What we keep, and why

We are required by U.S. tax and accounting law to retain transaction records for completed orders for up to 7 years. These records contain the date, amount, and an internal anonymized identifier, but no longer link to your personal account profile. We delete or anonymize them after the retention period ends.
